  10.       Squish Plus 2.01 is a hard drive utility that allows a user to
  11.       vertually double ones hard drive space.  A 40 Mb hard drive can
  12.       become a 80 Meg with this special utility program.  It is very 
  13.       much like DOUBLE DISK in that you must assign a permanent amount 
  14.       of hard drive space from your existing drive to become another drive.

  16.       The reasons for choosing Squish Plus 2.01 over Double Disk is that
  17.       it handles properly with QEMM being loaded up High.  Double disk
  18.       has problems working with QEMM 386.  Squish Plus is easier to use
  19.       and maintain.  I also find that it does wonders with any picture files
  20.       and .BMP files.  Most .EXE and .COM files are compressed between
  21.       30 - 75 %.  My .BMP files for WIndows 3.0 all compressed to 75% of
  22.       the original.

  26.       UNZIP ALL FILES INTO C:\SQUISH.  It should contain the following:
  27.     
  28.         AT.BAT      - Batch file to assign drive Letter to squish file
  29.         MK.BAT      - Batch file to create squish file
  30.         ATTACH.EXE  - Program to attach drive letter (ie D:) to squish file
  31.         DETACH.EXE  - Program to detach drive letter (ie D:) from Squish File
  32.         INFO.EXE    - Get info about the compression/stats on Squish file
  33.         MINSIZ.EXE  - Program to check for least amount of space needed for 
  34.                       creating a Squish file
  35.         MKDISK.EXE  - Program to create a squish file ( See Mk.bat )
  36.         SQUISH2.NFO - This information file
  37.         SQPLUS.SYS  - .SYS file needed in Config.sys to execute any Squish 
  38.                       functions

  42.       INSTALLATION:
  43.  
  44.       1.     Unzip all file to C:\SQUISH
  45.       2.     Add DEVICE=C:\SQUISH\SQPLUS.SYS to your config.sys
  46.       3.     Run MK.BAT 
  47.                 You will be asked to assign an amount of Kb you want used.
  48.                 this will become drive D:.  If you assign 2 Mb of Hd Space
  49.                 Drive D: will become a 4 meg Drive.

  51.       4.     Re-Boot your machine.
  52.       5.     Run AT.BAT to assign the squish file to a drive name.  It must be
  53.              what the SQPLUS.SYS assigned it to be.

  56.       6.  Its all pretty easy.  Set it up automatically and let QEMM 386 
  57.           optimize load everything up high.  CAll the DARK HALF BBS for
